Payroll and Personnel Management system
PayPerM is a fully integrated payroll and personnel management system.
If your organisation has over 5000 employees and you want a system that meets your requirements, rather than having to fit in around an existing system we believe our system is the best on the market.
Maintainable - you can amend a lot of the system yourself. For example you can add new permanent pay and deduction elements, specifying whether they are taxable etc.
Easy to understand. No complicated formulae to amend or new languages to learn. You can get not only reports but any individual screen or entire database download into Excel format, so you amend and enquire on your own terms. Subject to disk size all text fields can be any size i.e. are "variable".
Efficient. Data is held once and once only, and there is no transference of data from payroll, personnel, or employee related info such as holiday requests. Data space expands and contracts automatically as information is added or deleted.
Table-driven. This saves on typing and ensures data is held in a consistent manner. You can add your own tables yourself (see above under Easy). You can apply "global changes" on codes held by tables. Employees can be "grouped" together to see what would happen if certain changes were applied.
Secure. Access can be controlled down to individual fields, screens, and reports. Passwords can also be "temporary" as specified by you - useful if have temporary staff assisting entering of data.
It is easily customizable, by you. For example you can change error and caution messages so that they are more meaningful and helpful to your users, perhaps adding contact or reference details. It is "helpful". For example there is an on-line help system and drop down menus. Not only can you search for employees with particular field contents you can search using "wild cards" etc.

You can change the system to have screens in several languages or have different terms for the same fields. For example you could call a field "zip code" or "post code". depending on the "language".

It is Internet based; so can be accessed at home etc.
The system is "state of the art" written in Java, so will run on any machine without having to convert files for new hardware etc.
